How long does a project take?
A full bathroom is usually two to three weeks on site once the materials are in. Smaller work is faster: a single installation or a repair is often a day or two, and painting or plastering a room a few days.
Each service also carries a published lead time — the gap between agreeing the work and starting it — and your quote states the one that applies to your job.
You get the dated schedule when the scope is agreed, before any work starts, so you know which trade is in the property on which day.
