The five steps of an AlbNova project
This is the long version of the five steps you read at /si-funksionon — the same five, with what happens inside each one.
Every project runs through the same five steps. Private consultation and a measured site visit; design and the scope of work; sourcing and the programme; build and coordination; finishing and handover together.
Steps three and four are the ones a customer sees as several separate jobs: the materials are sourced, they arrive on site, and the specialists are scheduled against each other. We keep them as single steps because one company runs them — you are not coordinating a tiler, a plumber and an electrician who have never met, and one project lead stays with you the whole way.
