Following your project online
My projects gathers everything in one place: your requests, the quote and its history, messages, site photos, documents and the current stage.
A request moves through Requested, Under review, Needs info, Quote ready, Scheduled, In progress and Completed. "Needs info" means we are waiting on an answer from you — check the messages on that request. A request becomes an active project once the quote and scope are approved.
You can reach it from your account, or from My projects in the header once you are signed in.
