A complete bathroom renovation

A full bathroom renovation: strip-out, waterproofing, plumbing, tiling and fitting. Measured on site, quoted in writing before any work starts.

A site visit, then a written quote.

A bathroom in green marble with a round backlit mirror

A bathroom is the room where a mistake is visible every day and where water forgives nothing. We take it end to end: stripping out the old one, waterproofing, the pipework and the electrical lines, the tiling and the fitting. One crew, one lead answerable for all of it, and a written offer that comes out of a site measurement rather than a guess over the phone.

What is included

  • Stripping out the existing bathroom and taking the debris away
  • Waterproofing the floor and the wet walls, before any tile goes on
  • Hot and cold pipework, wastes and the electrical lines
  • Floor and wall tiling, grouting and sealing
  • Fitting the shower or bath, WC, vanity unit, taps and mirror
  • A pressure test and a leak check before the wall is closed up

What is not included, or is done as needed

  • Moving the building's main waste stacks, which needs the block manager's consent
  • Work on load-bearing walls, which goes to an engineer first
  • Made-to-order units from an outside manufacturer, as needed

How long it takes

Two to three weeks on site, once the materials have arrived.

An indication only. The dated programme follows the site measurement and the agreed scope of work.

What it costs

We do not price from a desk. We come and measure on site, and after that you get a written quote with labour, materials and VAT set out separately.

  1. Fill in the request or ring us. To get started we only need the address, the room and what you have in mind.

  2. We come to the property, take the measurements and set the scope of work: the state of the walls, the services and the floor. We do not price a job we have not seen.

  3. The offer separates labour, materials and VAT where it applies, with the deposit to start and the lead time. Every revision is kept as a new version, so the history stays.

  4. The crew arrives with one lead answerable for the work. We source the materials and check them before anything starts.

  5. We walk the quality checklist with you, put right anything on it, and the work we have done is covered by our guarantee.

Questions we are asked

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

Usually two to three weeks on site. Your crew lead sets the dated programme, and it comes with the quote. Three things stretch it: soil stacks that have to be moved, made-to-order materials waiting at the supplier, and anything hidden that appears once the old bathroom is out — you hear about each on the day we find it.

Do I choose the tiles and the fittings?

Either way. We source the materials to the agreed design, bring them to site and check them before work starts. If you want to supply a particular finish yourself, say so before the offer is finalised.

Can I use the bathroom while the work is on?

Not while it is being worked on. If it is the only bathroom in the house, tell us at the start — we plan the work so the days without water are as few as possible and you know them in advance.

What happens if something hidden turns up after the strip-out?

We stop, show you what we found and give you a revised offer before going on. No extra work is invoiced until you have accepted the new version.

Is the work guaranteed?

Yes. At handover we walk the quality checklist with you, and the work we have done is covered by our guarantee. Waterproofing and plumbing connections are tested before anything covers them.
