Our workmanship guarantee

Every job is inspected with you at handover, against a quality checklist, before it is signed off. That inspection is the moment to raise anything you are not happy with — an uneven grout line, a door that catches, a finish that does not match the sample — and nothing counts as closed until you have seen it yourself.

The work has to be what the quote describes and carried out to a proper standard. If it is not, you have the right to ask for it to be repaired or redone free of charge; where that is impossible or unreasonably delayed, you have the right to a price reduction or to end the contract. These rights are yours by law and are not conditional on any commercial guarantee we may give separately.

We answer for the quality of the work, not the individual professional who carried it out. We vet the professionals and the work runs through our quote, so you are never left chasing a tradesperson who does not return your call.

How to raise a problem: open a complaint through the contact form on the site, or tell us by phone or WhatsApp message on 069 611 0888 and we will record it for you. Every complaint is registered and answered within 15 days.

What to have ready: photographs of the problem, the project reference if you have it, and the date you noticed it. There is no instant estimate for corrective work — our work manager reviews the problem together with the job it relates to, may call you or arrange an inspection, and then replies with the corrective plan. Work under guarantee can come back at no cost.

Everything stays on the request itself: the corrective plan, any quote that comes out of it, the photos and the messages. That way you do not have to tell the story again each time somebody different replies.

Complaints, damage and guarantee questions are handled by a person rather than by the assistant. The assistant will help you find the right article at any hour; for a problem with work already carried out, open a request or ask for a callback and someone will take it on.

If we cannot agree, you can go to the Consumer Protection Commission at the ministry responsible for the economy, or to the alternative dispute resolution body in the country where you live if you are in the European Union. Your right to go to court remains either way.
