Changing or cancelling a request
Before a quote is accepted you can change anything about a request, including withdrawing it. Send the change as a message on the request and your project lead will update the scope.
After the work is scheduled, a change affects the schedule and often the price, so it goes through your project lead rather than through the website. Tell us as early as you can: a change agreed before materials are ordered costs far less than the same change agreed after.
If you want to stop a project entirely, contact us and we will confirm in writing what has already been done and what that means.
