How a price is formed
We do not publish fixed prices per service and we do not give figures over the phone. Two bathrooms of the same size cost differently if one has outdated installations and the other does not. A price given without seeing the space is not a price: it is a number that changes later, and the change usually lands on you.
A price is determined by four factors. The scope of work: what will be done, step by step, and which trades it takes. The existing condition: how much has to be stripped out, waterproofed or levelled before any visible work starts. The materials: brand, quality and quantity, to the agreed design. Access: which floor, whether there is a lift, how far the materials have to be carried by hand, and the hours your building allows noisy work.
All four are measured at the site visit. That visit produces the written quote, itemised so you can read it line by line: the site visit and project preparation, the labour for each service, the materials estimated from the agreed design, then the subtotal, VAT where it applies, the total, the deposit to start and the expected lead time.
Work begins only once you accept that quote. If something that was not visible appears after the strip-out — a cracked pipe, a floor that will not hold — we stop, show you, and issue a new quote. No extra work is charged without your acceptance.
Nothing is charged through this website. Once your quote is agreed, your project lead arranges the terms with you directly.
