Briken apartment: a fit-out finished down to the last detail

This is the strongest residential set we hold: a large apartment, fully furnished and photographed once it had been handed over. There is no site in any of these frames — this is the finished work, lit and dressed.
The kitchen is burnt-orange lacquer with an island, breakfast bar, integrated oven and wine rack. In the living room, the wall above the sofa carries a white sculpted plaster relief made in place, under two crystal ring chandeliers. The TV wall is walnut slat with lit display niches.
The master bedroom has a fluted timber headboard with a curtain of pendant lights beside it; the children's room has cloud-shaped headboards, arched niches and a line-drawn world map. The walk-in wardrobes carry integrated LED, and the bathrooms are marble with a mosaic shower wall.
A result like this does not come from the material alone. It comes from the order of the work — joinery measured after the walls are true, lighting planned before the ceiling closes, and loose furniture installed last.
