How we work

We don't sell from a shop. Every job starts with a conversation.

You tell us what you need, we come to see it, and work starts only once you have approved the written quote. We coordinate the materials, the tradespeople and the schedule, so you don't have to chase each of them yourself.

What you can check today

Facts, not adjectives.

Six things you can check before any work starts.

  • With photographs from the stages of the work. They are open to anyone on the projects page, with nothing asked in return.

  • We do not price over the phone. We come, we measure, we see the real condition, and only then do we talk numbers.

  • The quote is itemised so it can be read line by line: the labour, the materials, VAT where it applies, and the timeline. Work starts only once you have accepted it.

  • Work that appears mid-build is not carried out until you have accepted a new quote for it. That is written into the terms, not a spoken promise.

  • At handover we walk the quality checklist together, and the work we have done is covered by our workmanship guarantee.

  • One crew lead answerable for your project, and our phone answered Monday–Saturday, 08:00–20:00.
