Many renovations start without answering one simple question: what can realistically be done in this room, on this budget? Without an answer you either start a bigger apartment renovation than you needed, or you save on the wrong thing and find the damp or the old wiring after the new floor is down. The room review is the honest first step: on site we take the measurements, look at the state of the walls, the floor and the services, and tell you what makes sense within the budget you have. It ends with a written summary and no obligation to go further. We do it in Tirana, Fier, Shkodër and anywhere in Albania.

We do not price from a desk. We come and measure on site, and after that you get a written quote with labour, materials and VAT set out separately.

Questions we are asked

When is a room review worth it before a renovation?

When you do not yet know what the space should become, or when you have a budget and do not know how far it goes. If the work is settled — a new floor, painting, a bathroom — you can request that service directly, and the measured site visit comes before the quote.

Does the review commit me to going ahead with AlbNova?

No. The written summary is yours to keep, and you decide whether and when to go further. If you carry on with us, it becomes the starting point for the quote.

How is a room review different from the measured visit before a quote?

The measured visit is for work you have already decided on, and the quote comes out of it. The room review comes one step earlier, while you are still asking what makes sense: it gives you a picture of the condition and the options, not the price of a specific job.

What if I want to renovate the whole house?
