A pool is first a concrete structure that has to hold water for years, and only then a beautiful surface. So the work starts at the ground: what the soil is, where the water goes, how much pressure comes from the sides. Excavation, concrete, waterproofing, plant and finish are taken as one job, because the first leak tends to appear exactly where the responsibilities were split.

We do not price from a desk. We come and measure on site, and after that you get a written quote with labour, materials and VAT set out separately.

Questions we are asked
- How long does building a pool take?
- We will not give it as a single number, because it depends on the ground, the size and the weather: concrete takes the time it takes. The phased, dated programme comes after the ground assessment, and that one we hold to.
- Can an existing pool be renovated?
- Often, yes. We check the structure, the waterproofing and the plant, then tell you plainly what is sound and what has to be replaced. A new finish over a structure that leaks is money thrown away.
- Who deals with the filtration plant?
- We design it, install it and commission it, and at handover we show you how it runs: how long the pump works, how the filter is cleaned, what to check each week.
- Do you work outside Tirana?
- Yes, across Albania. Distance affects transport and the crew's days on site, and that is a visible line in the offer rather than an extra that appears at the end.
