Interior design consultation

A working session with an interior specialist on materials, colours, lighting and finishes: what goes together, what is easy to live with, and what each choice costs. You leave with a materials list that goes straight into the quote.

A site visit, then a written quote.

Interior design consultation

Most interior design mistakes do not show in the catalogue, they show at home: a floor that does not go with the doors, lighting that leaves the kitchen in shadow, beautiful tiles that need cleaning every day. The interior design consultation is a working session with an interior specialist in which you settle the materials, colours, lighting and finishes together: what goes with what, what is easy to live with, and what each choice costs. You leave with a materials list that goes straight into the quote. We do it for houses and apartments in Tirana, Vlorë, Korçë and anywhere in Albania.

What is included

  • A working session with an interior specialist, about the space and how you use it
  • Materials and finishes: floors, walls, tiles, doors and worktops
  • A colour palette for each room, matched to its light and its floor
  • Lighting: where you need task light, where soft light, and where the sockets and switches go
  • What is easy to maintain and what each choice costs, side by side
  • Home interior design tied to the actual building work, not just the look
  • A materials list that goes straight into the quote

What is not included, or is done as needed

  • Layout changes and technical drawings, covered by the layout consultation and architectural planning
  • Buying furniture and decorative accessories, which is not part of the consultation

What it costs

We do not price from a desk. We come and measure on site, and after that you get a written quote with labour, materials and VAT set out separately.

What we will need from you

These are the papers this work usually needs. They are not a condition of starting — we say so up front so the work does not stop halfway.

  • Work agreementScope, price and dates, signed before the crew starts.
  • Access consentWritten permission to enter, from whoever holds the property — a tenant is not always the owner.
  • Photo and publication consentWhether we may use before/after photos of this property in our own materials. Refusing changes nothing else.
  • Handover sign-offSigned at the end: the work is done and you have seen it.
  1. Fill in the request or ring us. To get started we only need the address, the room and what you have in mind.

  2. We come to the property, take the measurements and set the scope of work: the state of the walls, the services and the floor. We do not price a job we have not seen.

  3. The offer separates labour, materials and VAT where it applies, with the deposit to start and the lead time. Every revision is kept as a new version, so the history stays.

  4. The crew arrives with one lead answerable for the work. We source the materials and check them before anything starts.

  5. We walk the quality checklist with you, put right anything on it, and the work we have done is covered by our guarantee.

Questions we are asked

What does a home interior design consultation include?

A working session on the materials, colours, lighting and finishes for the space you are renovating. You leave with a list of chosen materials that goes straight into the quote — so the price of the work rests on what you chose, not on a rough estimate.

When do I need the interior consultation, and when architectural planning?

If the work is settled and it is the material choices that have stalled, take the interior consultation. If you still do not know what the space should become, start with the room review or the layout consultation. If the work touches the structure or the services, you need architectural planning.

Do you help with decorating the home as well?

As far as it ties into the work: the colours, the lighting, the finishes and how it all sits together. Furniture and decorative accessories are not part of the consultation, but the choices that come out of it help you find pieces that suit the home.

Can I buy the materials we choose myself?

Yes. The materials list says what is needed and how much. We can supply them or you can buy them, and that is written into the quote before work starts.

Shall we start?

Tell us about the room and what you have in mind. We come and measure, and come back with a written quote.
