A villa at Yas Acres: what a house looks like a week before handover

This is a two-storey villa photographed at finishing and snagging stage rather than as styled completion shots. Rooms are empty, stair balustrades are still wrapped in protective plastic, floors are part screed and part large-format tile, and walls carry pencil marks and snag stickers.
The finished elements are clear enough: white rendered elevations with a stone-clad plinth, black-framed aluminium sliding doors, glass balcony balustrades, oak-veneer built-in wardrobes and a double-height stairwell with a full-height slot window.
We publish it precisely because it is the stage nobody shows. The client who understands what happens in those last two weeks is the one who gets a handover without surprises.
