Apartment 4107: the base fit-out, before furniture

A high-floor apartment, photographed empty at handover, when the base fit-out is complete but nothing has been placed yet. The entrance carries a floor-to-ceiling fluted timber wall that runs on without a break and hides the kitchen door line — a detail that looks simple and is not.

The living room has a recessed ceiling coffer with warm cove LED, a full-height lit display shelf against a grey stone-effect panel, white lacquer wardrobes and a wall-hung timber console, over light oak-effect plank flooring.

Two frames document the installation itself: the plank floor being laid, and a close-up of the click-lock boards with their metal trims. These are the photographs we show clients who ask what is happening under their feet.
