Villa Alessio: a pool, a garden and a glass pavilion

A classic-contemporary two-storey villa, photographed entirely from outside in daylight. The house is essentially complete with light finishing still under way: arched fanlight windows with moulded surrounds, a balustraded first-floor terrace and a car port.

The garden is fully delivered: mature lawn, olive and ornamental trees, a pale travertine-look deck, a long rectangular pool, sun loungers and a white pergola.

The element that holds the whole view together is the black-framed glazed pavilion at the end of the garden, furnished as an outdoor lounge. It is the part that gets used every day, and the part most projects leave until last.
